Gumbo, Mshikaki & BBQ Riblets

Monday, July 20, 2009

It’s worth clicking on A Homesteading Neophyte’s blog just to see the top photo, but she also has solid recipes for Goat Teriyaki, BBQ riblets, Texas Gumbo and Mshikaki, a traditional coastal eastern African dish.

Because goat is low in fat, it will become tough if you let it dry out during cooking. Moisture is everything, as this chef knows.
