Heirloom Tomato Goat Cheese Tart

Friday, July 10, 2009

The tomato season upon us, Chef Michelle Morris has created this divine Heirloom Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart.

Morris writes Cooking with Michele, a blog that celebrates her love of all things culinary dating to the age of five when she made sugar and butter sandwiches and small undercooked cakes in her toy oven.

And if you have a beet hater in the family, try her recipe for sugary roast Beet and Goat Cheese Napoleans. They’ll make people rethink beets.
