Ontario: Demand For Goat Milk Increases

The Ontario (Canada) Dairy Goat Cooperative reports a 30 percent increase in demand for goat milk over last year.

“We’re a very young industry but we know we’re onto something good,” the co-op’s general manager told Food and Farming Canada. “Dairy goats are a stable industry. We have no where to go but up.”
