Whole Foods Market, aka Whole Paycheck, now sells Cabrima Goat Butter from the Netherlands. If you are goatless and can’t make your own butter, try Cabrima. It’s pure white, softer than cow’s butter at room temperature, and has a subtle, yummy, chevre flavor.
