Few people know more about U.S. meat goats than Dr. Frank Craddock, professor at the Texas A&M Research and Extension Center in San Angelo, Texas.

In this video, he talks about the development of the meat goat market in the United States, addressing some critical issues about raising goats, especially in Texas, where you can tell Dr. Craddock is particularly fond of Boer goats.
