The Liar. Lesson Learned

Saturday, September 19, 2009

Michelle at Spellcast Border Collies discounted the prices on her goats Basil and Frosty so they could be sold as a pair and stay together. The buyer was a man who said he wanted pet goats and had pasture and a barn for both Frosty and Basil.

She was sad to see them go but their new home sounded great, she tells readers in this post. Within hours, however, the man took Basil to a lifestock auction to sell him.

“Of course,” Michelle said, “once he pays his money and leaves the property with the goats, they are his property to do with what he wanted, but that no-good slime bag lied to me!”
