Goat School

Sunday, October 11, 2009

Kelly and Alex are best friends and ICU nurses who pooled their resources to buy a small farm north of Bangor, Maine.

In this post, and this post, they show us their weekend at Goat School at Stony Knolls Farm in Saint Albans, Maine, where goat cadaver feet are used for students to practice their goat hoof-trimming skills. In this post, they give us a nice visual tour of the third day on goat’s milk soap and cheese-making.
