Cab Driver Linked to Hot Goats

AFLAO, Ghana — Police arrested a taxi driver transporting five stolen pregnant goats.

Driver Adotevi Addovi, 32, told police the goats were given to him in Anlo-Afiadenyigba by his brother-in-law whose name he could not give.
