Chevron Right to Your Door

Wednesday, December 30, 2009

Chevron, or goat meat, can be difficult to find depending on your location but Copeland Family Farms has solved that problem for us. One look at their website shows the variety of products they offer including soaps, sauces, marinades, halal meats as well as beef and chevron in many different cuts. All of their products are USDA approved, they have no minimum order and currently are running a promotion wherein if you send them a goat meat recipe, you get a chevron roast in return. And as if that weren’t enough, there’s an interesting Q&A section as well.
