Goat’s Milk: A Healthy Choice

Thursday, December 24, 2009

Boer Goat Villa knows their stuff when it comes to goat’s milk.

In a comparison of the virtues of goat’s milk and the differences between such and cow’s milk, they remind us that the fat globules found in goat’s milk are more easily digested than that of cow’s milk.

Goat’s milk results in less allergies and is closer in form to human milk than that of cows as well. Also discussed are the nutrients found in the milk of goats and the pros of unpasteurized milk, as well as options to improve the digestibility of cow’s milk for those who either can’t find goat’s milk or don’t like the taste.
