Malaysia: Improving Meat Production

Changes are in store for Sabah, Malaysia with an eye toward making the region a leader in goat and sheep production. The Daily Express covers the concerns of Deputy Chief Minister Hussin and an agreement made Monday between the State’s Rural Development Cooperation (KPD) and Universiti Pertanian Malaysia. The agreement, signed by KPD Chairman and UPM Vice Chancellor, involves a two year research collaboration aimed at updating breeding, feeding and disease control systems.
