Meadowood’s Goat
NAPA VALLEY, Calif. – Food writer Michael Bauer of the San Francisco Chronicle raves about the Meadowood’s goat entree:
“I love goat meat, but I particularly love the treatment it’s given at Meadowood. Christopher Kostow poaches the meat in whey and serves it with barley, dollops of goat cheese and tender blades of grass plucked from the vineyard.”
