Blogging About Meat Goats

Friday, March 26, 2010

Nthenge, a Kenyan now residing in Missouri, grew up eating goat meat. When he arrived in the US, he discovered that Americans aren’t big eaters of goat so he and his wife started raising goats of their own.

His blog covers a lot of aspects of goat tending and cooking, as well as marketing the final product.
