If you’re in the mood to make some quick cheese,  GNOWFGLINS is running a short series on cheesemaking. The first installment includes some easy recipes found here and there on the internet.

The second installment covers basics of supplies and cultures, and the third is a discussion of the benefits of cheesemaking with raw milk.
