More Urban Goats

USA Today has joined the crowd in discussion of the merits of goats in urban areas. While the ASPCA is still tentative about encouraging the keeping of goats in town, the current climate is favorable. However, while some communities are allowing goat keeping, others like Elgin, Illinois, have recently banned goats within the city limits

      I am trying to find a list as well, I am hoping to attend city council meeting and start the process to get goats legal in the city limit of Colorado Springs. Here is the list I have so far:
      Matthews N.C.
      Portland OR
      Seattle WA
      Los Angeles CA
      San Francisco CA
      Nashville TN
      St. Paul MN
      St. Louis MO
      Pasadena CA
      New York, NY
