Eagle Attacks Goats

Saturday, May 8, 2010

Here’s something you don’t see every day: a golden eagle attacking mountain goats. While it appears the eagle was looking for some lunch, once he took down one goat, he came back for more.

Not to be outdone by a mere bird, the goats ultimately chased it off. While the video depicts some beautiful scenes of wildlife in action, the initial eagle attack does result in the death of a young goat and it is graphic.
