Next time you’re orderng your venti double latte (or whatever it’s called), give some thought to who first figured out you should put that stuff in hot water and drink it. An article in The Atlantic suggests that thanks for your morning pick-me-up is due to Ethiopian goats and one perceptive goat herder.
