This video, found at Purina Animal All Stars, is pretty cute. My question: what’s that goat doing in the house???

What’s the kid doing in the house. Many goat people keep newborn kids in the house for convenience since they have to be fed so often and are usually born in the spring when the weather is iffy. Goats are kind of OCD about routine and are easier to housebreak than dogs.

Wouldn’t need the trampoline. Making spectacular leaps and figures from elevations is a popular goat game for all ages. My does take turns making artistic jumps from the back of the truck.

I’m not one for livestock in the house. I’ve known several people who kept goats inside only to find they behave like goats, eating the furniture and jumping on everything. I understand that they can be taught to urinate in a specific place but haven’t met anyone yet who could teach them to poop anywhere other than wherever they’re walking at the time.
