When Anne Clark had to retire from veterinary practice due to an eye problem, she translated her experience with animals into a thriving small business. Because of an intolerance for cow’s milk, Clark had always kept a couple goats on hand, but when she found she didn’t have the eyesight for medicine any more, she took up cheese making instead.
